Pay by Purchase Order

To pay by purchase order, click on the images for the Invoice Form and the CEE W-9 Form below and save the files. Note: Depending upon your browser, the images that appear when you click on the links below may not appear as shown, but will appear as shown in the saved files.

Click the invoice image for the form CEE W-9

  1. Complete the Invoice Form.
  2. Send the completed Invoice Form and the CEE W-9 Form to your Financial Officer.
  3. Request that your Financial Officer submit the school purchase order number and expected date of payment to USABO@cee.org.   

Once email confirmation of the school purchase order number and expected payment date have been received by CEE from your Financial Officer, you will receive an email stating that you may now access the Teacher Resource Center (TRC).  If you are not completing payment at this time, please click here to return the USABO homepage. To complete payment and return to the payment page at a future date, click the USABO payment link you received in the emailproviding your ID number and verifying that you have registered.
